We’re proud to share that Raven is a certified Great Place to Work® for the third year in a row. 87% of our team members who completed the Great Place to Work® Trust Index Survey™ responded that Raven is a great workplace, compared to 57% at a typical U.S. company.

The Trust Index Survey™ includes questions related to company culture, inclusive practices, and trust in the organization. We integrate feedback from this survey into our daily operations because we’re committed to continuous improvement. In 2021, 83% of our team members responded that Raven is a great place to work. This increase in team member satisfaction over the last year shows us that our determination to improve our company so that it best serves our team members is a model for successful practices.
